The itinerary is designed for leisurely elegance. While there are light walking tours and game drives, no strenuous physical exertion is required to fully enjoy the curated experience.
A tourist visa is not required for stays up to 90 days however passengers are required to have at least two, entirely blank (unstamped) visa pages (i.e. one side of such a page not front and back thereof) in their passport, each time entry is sought into South Africa. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/amendment pages at the back of the passport. South African government regulations prohibit airlines from boarding passengers without the required blank visa page.
The currency is the South African Rand (ZAR). Credit cards are widely accepted, but it's good to carry some cash for small purchases.

All payments to Ket Travels LLC are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable due to contractual agreements with hotels, airlines, and other vendors.
A detailed payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking. All installment payments must be received in full by the stated deadlines in order to secure your participation. Late or missed payments may result in automatic cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of some or all amounts paid, in accordance with the applicable policy. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge. Late payment fee of $150 per person applies after the final payment date on your invoice.
Guest-initiated cancellations are subject to cancellation fees that increase as the departure date approaches. Certain components of the trip, including but not limited to airfare, special events, or select accommodations, may be fully non-refundable once confirmed. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to be considered valid.
Name changes may be permitted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to administrative fees, third-party supplier approval, and any additional fare or rate differences. Changes requested close to the departure date may be treated as a full cancellation and new booking, with the corresponding fees and forfeitures applied. A $150 Name Change Fee + vendor fees will apply.
All travelers are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption, emergency medical coverage, evacuation, and baggage protection. Choosing not to obtain adequate coverage is entirely at the traveler’s own risk, and Ket Travels LLC will not be responsible for any losses, expenses, or damages that could have been covered by insurance.
